The Role
The Casual Events Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the successful delivery of commercial hire events at the Roundhouse. Working as part of a small, dynamic operational team, this role supports the Event Managers and Senior Events Manager in delivering a wide range of events, from corporate and private functions to occasional public events. The Coordinator helps facilitate smooth operations during event load-ins and load-outs, ensuring all activity is in line with the Roundhouse’s regulations and high standards of service.
This role is responsible for assisting with effective communication and collaboration between clients, suppliers, and internal Roundhouse teams such as Visitor Operations and Technical & Production. Building strong, professional and trusted relationships with our clients is central to the role, ensuring all stakeholders feel well-supported and that each event runs smoothly from planning, to delivery on the day. On larger or more complex events, the Coordinator may also be required to assist with the live delivery alongside the Event Manager.
