We are now looking for a Data & Insights Manager to join us on a full-time, working 35 hours per week, for an 18 month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As our Data & Insights Manager, you will transform data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making, enhance audience engagement and support income generation across the Roundhouse.

Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will analyse multiple data sources and produce reporting on key metrics and KPIs, delivering complex analysis and supporting areas such as segmentation, personalisation and campaign effectiveness.

You will also lead research and experimentation, using surveys and data-led approaches to uncover insights that shape future strategies and improve performance.

Additionally, you will:

- Produce regular reports combining quantitative and qualitative data
- Advise on data collection best practices and workflows
- Develop self-serve tools, dashboards and visualisations
- Maintain and improve data quality, structure and processes
- Provide training and guidance on analytics tools and data usage

About You

To be considered as our Data & Insights Manager, you will need:

- Data analytics and/or visualisation experience, including experience in SQL, plus Looker Studio, Sisense or similar BI tools
- Experience using qualitative research methods, including surveys, in order to generate rich customer-centred insights
- Strong analytical skills, with experience implementing analytical solutions
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Tessitura or other ticketing CRM applications
- Confidence transforming, combining and analysing multiple data sets, and using reporting and data visualisation to communicate data-driven strategies
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.
