About the Roundhouse
Roundhouse is an iconic music and arts venue in Camden. Since the 1960’s we’ve opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities - day in, night out. We are on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of the incredible moments that go down in history.
The Role
This is an exciting time for the Roundhouse as part of our new business plan, with ambitions to significantly expand our youth music programmes for young people. This role will ensure the delivery of high quality, dynamic and engaging range of programmes for young people aged 11 - 30 yrs in music; combining learning and development activity with professional creative practice to ensure progression pathways across Roundhouse’s broad creative offer and into the Creative Industries.
This post will require being flexible in days/hours worked throughout the week and involves regular evening and weekend work.
About You
We are looking for someone who has excellent project management skills, a proven ability to devise and deliver compelling creative and professional skills development programmes for young people, and a deep and broad knowledge of the Music industry and cultural education sector.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £37,513.42 per annum
